San Francisco punks Spiritual Cramp announced their second album RUDE for October 24th last month and today they are back with a new song ‘Young Offenders‘, a DEVO-addled, extremely fun track pulsing with electronics and a stuttery bridge, underpinned with a fist-pumping punk chorus. It arrives with an equally fun and campy Sean Stout directed video starring the band on a faux late night show, live studio audience and all.
