Dead Pony – has releasesd their EP ‘Eat My Dust!’ + new single ‘Boom!’

Glasgow, Scotland- Electrifying rock band Dead Pony has entered into a new chapter and released their critically acclaimed EP, Eat My Dust! – out now ADA.

Known for their high-energy sound and genre-blending style. Fronted by the powerhouse vocals of Anna Shields, alongside Blair Crichton (guitar), Liam Adams (bass), and Euan Lyons (drums), Dead Pony fuse elements of alt-rock, punk, and nu-metal into a sound that is both raw and infectious.  The EP is their first body of work since the release of their 2024 debut album, Ignore This which received widespread acclaim and found them nominated for Scottish Album Of The Year and independent charting success

Talking on the new EP, singer Anna Sheilds and Producer/Guitarist Blair Crichton
say “We’re stepping into a whole new era of Dead Pony — one that feels bigger, bolder, and more unapologetically us than anything we’ve ever done before. We’ve pulled heavily from our early 2000s influences, but this isn’t about looking back — it’s about reshaping that nostalgia into something that feels fresh, unpredictable, and completely our own.”

“More than anything, we wanted this EP to be a statement. There’s chaos and energy running through every track, but underneath it is a band pushing themselves to evolve. We’ve gone further with our songwriting, taken more risks in the studio, and allowed ourselves to experiment in ways we never have before. This is us stepping outside our comfort zone and fully committing to it.”
