Last night, the Winterval Big Top Live in Waterford became the ultimate destination for house music fans as the 30 Years of House Music event took center stage. Tasty Tunes delivered iconic classics with underground gems that kept the crowd moving from start to finish. It was a night with very little rest bite and where the music spoke for itself. The Big Top felt like a time machine, taking everyone back to the golden era of house.
The energy was electric as DJs like Jonnie & Owie, Shane Daly, and Darren Dalton brought their A-game. The crowd erupted in cheers with each familiar beat drop, and the atmosphere was filled with nostalgia, and pure love for the music. Whether you were a lifelong fan or a newcomer to house, the night was a reminder of just how timeless and unifying this genre can be. There was a mix of old-school house enthusiasts reliving their clubbing days and new faces soaking in the music for the first time. Everyone was there for one reason—to dance, connect, and celebrate. The energy was infectious, with strangers becoming friends under the lights of the Big Top.
Overall, the 30 Years of House Music was a great success, not just for house fans but for anyone who appreciates great music and a great night out. Next up at the Big Top is the incredible Gavin James. The festive fun just keeps coming!
