Siobhan Winifred – announce headline at The Workman’s Cellar, Dublin

Siobhán Winifred‘s debut EP ‘Don’t Do Well Alone’ arrived back in September via heralded UK  tastemaker label Chess Club Records, on the same week its lead single “Lungs”  was selected as BBC Radio 1‘s Introducing Track Of The Week. Shortly after the EPs release,  Siobhán embarked on a sold-out headline run across the UK, culminating in a euphoric show at  London’s The Lower Third

Carving out a unique space of her own, Siobhán Winifred has cultivated a passionate following  for her deftly pop-tinged, rousing indie-rock. Born & raised in Dorset, UK and of Irish lineage,  Siobhán was influenced at a young age by the lyrics and artistry of Rufus Wainwright, Leonard  Cohn and Alex Turner. Creating music that is both intimate and expansive, Siobhán explores  complex emotions and universal themes, delving into the human experience with authenticity  and depth. 

With such a unique tone in her voice and with her evocative songwriting, Siobhán has  established an ever growing fanbase and received lot’s of critical praise and early support from  tastemakers across radio and press including the likes of Jack Saunders, Jess Izsatt, Mollie  King, Maia Beth and Nels Hylton at Radio 1, 6 Music & BBC Introducing, Brooke Reese and  Travis Mills at Apple Music. Siobhán also saw lots of early support at Spotify with adds on New  Music Friday, Fresh Finds, Lyric Therapy, Our Generation and more as well as press and online  coverage from the likes of NME, The Line of Best Fit, DIY, DORK, CLASH, Wonderland and  more. 

As Siobhán continues to evolve and experiment with her sound, she remains dedicated to  creating music that connects with listeners on a deep and emotional level. Her commitment to  authenticity and vulnerability is evident in every note she sings and every word she writes,  making her a true artist in every sense of the word.
