Las Vegas, NV – Following their explosive comeback earlier this month with “Devour The Children,” Molotov Solution, the politically charged deathcore stalwarts, return with their latest single, “Mortis Imperium.” Picking up where their previous release left off, this new track dives deeper into the brutal cycles of ideological resurgence and the cold, systematic exploitation of humanity.
Speaking on the release of their second new single, Molotov Solution frontman, Nick Arthur states,
“With ‘Mortis Imperium,’ we dive into the cyclical resurgence of oppressive ideologies and the brutal reality of systemic exploitation. This track draws parallels between ideology and faith, painting a stark picture of humanity as simply fuel for the war machine. While our first single ‘Devour the Children’ confronts betrayal in the pursuit of power with melody and madness, ‘Mortis Imperium’ leaves listeners with a haunting reminder of government-sponsored death conveyed through unrelenting drum grooves, punishing riffs, and back-breaking heaviness.”
Molotov Solution’s 2011 album, Insurrection, is widely regarded as one of the most influential deathcore releases of its time, shaping the genre for years to come. Sadly, the band went on indefinite hiatus after its release leaving a huge influence but a gaping hole in deathcore genre. On November 1st, they emerged from a decade-long hiatus with their powerful new single, “Devour The Children” a brutal and rageful statement of intent heralding the band’s timely resurrection. Known for their fearless approach to exposing corruption and power struggles through their music, Molotov Solution’s voice is more vital than ever, delivering an unflinching soundtrack to the turbulent times we face with the fierce intent to challenge and resist.
Continuing a legacy of fearless commentary and crushing musicality, Molotov Solution give voice to the defiant and the dispossessed through their unique and hyper-influential brand of deathcore. With plenty more to come, “Mortis Imperium” is another bold step in this renewed chapter of Molotov Solution, leaving no doubt that the band is back and more furious than ever.
