Rapidly emerging Irish indie pop-rock artist Taylor D makes a striking statement with her new single “Survive,” a track that balances raw vulnerability with explosive, cathartic energy. Drawing clear inspiration from Yungblud’s emotionally charged “Zombie” and the sharp-edged angst of Olivia Rodrigo’s “Good For You,” and hints of Avril Lavigne throughout, Taylor D blends confessional songwriting with a bold, modern rock-pop sound that feels both urgent and authentic.

The track opens with a restrained intensity, allowing Taylor D’s vocals to take center stage. There’s a palpable sense of emotional weight in her delivery, fragile yet defiant as she navigates themes of endurance, emotional burnout, and self-preservation.
