This year’s edition is bigger, bolder and hotter than ever – don’t miss Dublin’s biggest summer kickoff as tickets are guaranteed to sell out!

Lighthouse with Smirnoff Stage Highlights

A bold new collaboration between Forbidden Fruit and Smirnoff, the Lighthouse x Smirnoff Stage is one of this year’s standout innovations. Making its Irish debut, the internationally acclaimed Perfect Sky Canopy, previously seen at global festivals like Dekmantel and Wilderness, offers a visually stunning, immersive experience unlike anything seen before at Forbidden Fruit.

Elevating the atmosphere even further, the Lighthouse x Smirnoff Stage unveils a brand-new 360° DJ booth, flipping the traditional setup on its head. Surrounded by the audience, artists will perform with the crowd dancing all around them, breaking down barriers and delivering high-energy sets. Behind the booth, an 18-metre screen will deliver bespoke visuals, creating a full sensory experience from start to finish.

“As festival season kicks off, we’re turning up the volume at Forbidden Fruit with Lighthouse x Smirnoff, a brand new stage for 2025.

“At Smirnoff, we believe music is for everyone. That’s why, through Smirnoff Sound Nation – our new music platform – we’re putting inclusivity at the heart of everything we do. This summer, we’re celebrating music experiences without barriers, where all tastes can come together for one unforgettable party”, says David Heaney, Head of Marketing Spirits at Diageo Ireland.

Championing Diversity & Local Talent

The Lighthouse x Smirnoff lineup proudly features over 40% Female, Trans and Non-Binary artists, reflecting a strong commitment to representation and inclusivity. This diverse lineup brings together a stellar mix of international and homegrown talent, including festival Irish debuts from acclaimed artists Yaeji, KILIMANJARO, and IN PARALLEL. New special guests X CLUB. & DART will headline and close out the stage in style. With 50% of the lineup homegrown, local highlights include SPRAY, Puzzy Wrangler and Jake Fitz, further underscoring Forbidden Fruit’s mission to champion and celebrate local emerging artists.

Skin & Blister Platforming Electronic Music

The Lighthouse Stage plays host to Skin & Blister, a platform dedicated to promoting the role of Female, Trans and Non-Binary creatives in the realm of music and the arts. This year, two acts selected as a part of the Emerging Artist x Skin & Blister callout MENACE and Acushla will take the stage. It’s the ideal space to discover the next wave of electronic innovators before they break through.

The Lighthouse Stage – Built for Inclusion & Accessibility

We’re making it easier than ever for everyone to enjoy the vibes at the brand new Lighthouse x Smirnoff Stage. Smirnoff have introduced a lowered bar counter for wheelchair accessbraille drink menus, a wheelchair ramp for accessibility onto the stage, oversized menu signage and ear protection earbuds available at the accessible viewing platform in the main dancefloor. Inclusivity is key to the experience for all festival-goers.
