Bloodstock Festival – have revealed the final bands for the Sophie Lancaster stage

Ho ho ho! Let’s get the festive season into full swing with some more festival news. The weather might be getting colder, but BLOODSTOCK fever is hotting up, with day tickets now available plus today’s latest band announcement revealing the final bands joining the Sophie Lancaster stage in August 2025.

Fourteen more bands are lined up to make your festival weekend go with a bang. Handling Thursday’s opening night party duties with aplomb, will be high intensity deathcore beasts DEADFLESH from Hertfordshire, original BLOODSTOCK indoor alumnus FOURWAYKILL, and Belgium’s power trio GNOME

Treat your Friday bangover to a hefty dose of Welsh black metalheads OFNUS, non-conforming tech/deathcorel extremists TURIN, Belfast’s prog metal underdogs LOCK HORNS, and UKHC bruisers ROUGH JUSTICE from Sheffield.

Livening up the Sophie tent on Saturday will be prog metal experimentalists IREOSIS from Leeds, post metal soundscape crafters VNDER A CRVMBLING MOON, Sheffield’s blackened post metal crew BA’AL, and underground pioneers PENGSHUI mixing up punk, metal, and grime.

Save a bit of energy for Sunday’s shenanigans, ably brought by psychedelic modern metal squad APATHY UK, groove-laden stoner doomsters BARBARBIAN HERMIT, and Cleveland, Ohio-based doom tribe FRAYLE (probably a good adjective for how you’ll be feeling by then).

Thinking about snapping up a day ticket for yourself, or perhaps as a festive present? Head to the ticket store here to see all options including pre-bookable parking. If you’re gifting, BLOODSTOCK have created a special downloadable certificate at the top of the page here you can wrap up!

With some ticket types already sold out, including weekend options, if you’ve missed out, sign up to official resale partner Tixel. Simply set an alert for notification if your tickets of choice become available, or pre-authorise your card in advance, so no need for constant checking back. Tixel also allows you to safely re-sell tickets to a new home if plans have changed. You can sell ALL ticket types, including instalment plan purchases, plus any tickets sold via Ticketmaster or other third party ticket outlets. This partnership helps BLOODSTOCK streamline all resale tickets into one place to guarantee the safety of the sale, avoiding social media scam bots and rip-off pricing. It’s a very simple process for the customer and most importantly, it’s a trusted platform. Click through to https://tixel.com/uk/bloodstock-tickets for more information on how it works.

If you already have a weekend ticket, Wednesday early access is available for an add-on cost of £25 for those who want to max out their BLOODSTOCK experience, staying in any of the standard campsites (including Kyrr) or the campervan field. This option is not available at present for the VIP or accessible campsites. Head to the ticket store to see all currently available options including car parking.

BLOODSTOCK’s 2025 Ronnie James Dio stage headliners are TRIVIUM, MACHINE HEAD, and GOJIRA. Headlining the Sophie Lancaster stage will be ME AND THAT MAN, KATAKLYSM, STATIC-X, and OBITUARY.
