Singular Artists and Seoda Promotions proudly present Big Thief live at Dolans, Limerick, next Tuesday, 28th April 2026.
They will also perform at Dublin’s 3Arena the following night, Wednesday 29th April; limited tickets remain.
Over the last decade, Big Thief has proven itself to be one of the most exciting live bands of their generation. Composed of songwriter Adrianne Lenker, guitarist Buck Meek, and drummer James Krivchenia, their creative output is seemingly limitless, sprawling across five critically acclaimed albums.
Double Infinity is the Big Thief’s sixth studio album and features the singles ‘Grandmother [ft. Laraaji]’, ‘Los Angeles’, ‘All Night All Day’ and ‘Incomprehensible’. Recorded last winter at the Power Station, New York City, for three solid weeks, the trio would ride bicycles on frozen streets between Brooklyn and Manhattan, meeting in the studio’s warm wood-panelled room. Together with a community of musicians (Alena Spanger, Caleb Michel, Hannah Cohen, Jon Nellen, Joshua Crumbly, June McDoom, Laraaji, Mikel Patrick Avery, Mikey Buishas) they would play for nine hours a day, tracking together – simultaneously – improvising arrangements and making collective discoveries. The album was recorded live with minimal overdubs. Double Infinity was produced, engineered and mixed by longtime Big Thief collaborator Dom Monks.
