Swallow The Sun – celebrate Finnish Grammy win by releasing new video for “Velvet Chains”

Swallow the Sun’s celebrates first Finnish Grammy win with The Shining album by releasing a new video for “Velvet Chains”. The song and its visuals perfectly illustrate the musical variety of this album, produced by Dan Lancaster.

Swallow the Sun will close the summer in Finland with one final highlight: on August 28th they take the stage at Helsinki Festival to mark their 25th anniversary with a unique performance – “Between Two Worlds – 25th Anniversary Show”. For one night only, Huvila will turn into a temple of darkness and light, where the band’s heaviest shadows and brightest melodies collide in a way rarely witnessed live.

On September 19th and 20th, the band will take the stage in Japan in support of My Dying Bride. The Shining headline campaign continues later in the UK. As well as their first Australian Tour starting January 17th. All shows can be found here: http://swallowthesun.net/tour
