Alt/rock four-piece, South Arcade, have today unveiled the music video for their latest single DEADMEAT. Teaming up once again with director Dogbrain Videos, the visuals see the band performing the track interlinked with a love story played out by two avatars embodying the band’s modern twist on Romeo and Juliet. Stream DEADMEAT here.
DEADMEAT follows the success of their previous single SUPERMAN, which became the band’s biggest streaming debut to date, with 2.8 million global streams. The DEADMEAT video arrives after the start of a busy summer schedule that included their phenomenal performances at Download Festival, Rock For People, and TRNSMT. South Arcade are currently making their way around the US on the Idobi Summer School tour and will wrap up at Vans Warped Tour. They will then head to Australia for a run of shows there. The band have also recently announced their biggest headline tour to date, Welcome to the Real World Tour, a massive run across the UK and EU in February and March 2027. The UK leg culminates in their largest headline show ever, with shows set to take place at London’s O2 Academy Brixton. This is a landmark moment in an already extraordinary career.
With over 190 million total streams and a social following of over 2.2 million fans, South Arcade have built one of the most passionate fanbases in the alternative scene. Hot off the heels of EPs PLAY! and 2005, both championed by Radio 1 across multiple shows, the band have been unstoppable, recently completing a UK and EU arena tour supporting global act 5 Seconds Of Summer.
