SexyTadhg – Announced as Closing Headliner for Bulmers Live at Leopardstown Dublin

Bulmers Live at Leopardstown today announces that bi-lingual artist, multi-instrumentalist, DJ and fashion designer SexyTadhg will headline the series’ closing night on Thursday, July 23rd.

No matter the medium, SexyTadhg’s artistry is an exhilarating journey that defies expectations. 2025 was a breakout year that saw the release of their debut EP – Sexy, which has been lauded both at home by outlets such as The Irish Times, RTÉ Radio 1, RTÉ 2FM, District Magazine, Lovin’ Dublin and abroad by tastemakers such as BBC Radio 6, Clash Magazine, Dork, Earmilk and DMY, who described the artist as “Ireland’s most fearless new voice”.

Tadhg Griffin, the magnificent force behind SexyTadhg, embodies a provocative energy that has swiftly established them as a luminary in Irish music. As a proud Gaeilgeoir, Tadhg also infuses their work with a powerful queer perspective, showcasing the beauty of Irish culture through a contemporary lens.

Tadhg’s commanding vocals and virtuoso piano skills have mesmerized audiences internationally, as their big band extravaganza elevates Irish musicianship to unprecedented heights. Their performances often draw comparisons to legendary icons like David Bowie, Elton John, Lady Gaga, and Freddie Mercury, yet SexyTadhg artfully intertwines this majestic persona with the uplifting joy of Traditional Irish folk and intimate narratives that explore themes of gender, sexuality, and mental health.

SexyTadhg completes Bulmers Live at Leopardstown’s ‘All Irish’ lineup this Summer as the final act revealed for the series, which has seen a double-header from Róisín O and Shobsy, inimitable alt-pop band SODA BLONDE and high-energy dance duo Le Boom perform across three nights so far.

This Thursday, July 16th, sees all-female trad supergroup BIIRD take to the stage as the penultimate act of the series.

The refreshed Bulmers Live at Leopardstown site layout features a vibrant mix of entertainment beyond the main stage, including local food trucks and stalls, the Bulmers bar and garden area, street performers, buskers, trad sessions, Bodhrán workshops and more, celebrating the very best of Irish culture.

Tickets are on sale now with incredible value packages starting from just €25 + booking fee, available leopardstown.com/bulmerslive.

As always, the performances will be preceded by an excellent card of racing and a wide selection of ticket options, including the great value ‘Real Deal’, which at €55 includes admission, a food voucher, drink voucher, and a Tote Betting voucher. There’s The Premier Lounge at €88; Summer Party in the Pavillion from €115 per person; A Suite Deal from €125pp (min 12 guests); and The 1888 Restaurant, which offers a la carte dining at the heart of the action.

Leopardstown Racecourse is only 20 minutes from Dublin city centre on the Luas green line, with dedicated shuttle buses running from the Sandyford stop before  and after racing. Leopardstown is located off exit 14 or exit 15 on the M50 southbound or exit 15, M50 Northbound. Ample free parking is available onsite.
