Rock’n’roll rebel Ricky Warwick has released his new album Fire & Vengeance via Earache Records and is currently #6 in the midweek official UK Top 40 Album chart.
It is available in multiple colour vinyl variants, signed editions, exclusive bundles and more and is available from £4.99 at earache.com/rickywarwick and from iTunes for this week only.
Ricky has also released the new single ‘The Angels’ Share’, which is one of the most personal songs on the new album and delves into how the history of places can have an inspiring effect on you. About the track, he says, “‘The Angels’ Share’ was inspired by visiting Tupelo Hardware, where Elvis bought his first guitar, and the tiny house where he grew up. Standing in those places had a profound effect on me — a powerful reminder that the humblest beginnings can shape a life and change rock ’n’ roll forever.”
The latest single follows the release of the anthemic ‘Last Chance To Dance’, ‘Seek Zen Destroy’, which features legendary guitarist Phil Collen from Def Leppard on guitar and backing vocals, and the explosive title track.
Driven by raw guitars, defiant energy and Warwick’s unmistakable voice, Fire & Vengeance captures the spirit of resilience and rebellion that has defined his career for decades. The album also features special appearances from the aforementioned Phil Collen (Def Leppard), Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake / The Dead Daisies), Charlie Starr (Blackberry Smoke) and Darren Holden (The High Kings).
Speaking about the album, Ricky says, “I wanted to make an album that captures everything I love about rock’n’roll – its power to bring people together, to make us dance and connect with one another, even in a world that often feels consumed by fire and vengeance. At its core, this record is about finding hope and unity in the chaos.”
