Last night’s ( Thursday 27th March) performance at Winthrop Avenue showcased Cork’s own Pebbledash, supported by the energetic opener, Cabl. Cabl set the tone with a dynamic set, engaging the audience and building anticipation for the main act.
When Pebbledash took the stage, their distinctive fusion of shoegaze, noise rock, and traditional Irish elements were captivating. The six-piece band delivered textured and melodic soundscapes, with grumbling bass lines and soaring guitars juxtaposed against a wash of synths.
Overall, the evening was a testament to Pebbledash’s growing reputation in the Irish music scene, leaving the audience eager for their next performance.
