Closing out this year’s Summer Series run of shows fall on the shoulders of the legendary Modfather Paul Weller and what better shoulders could there have been. playing all the hits spanning his career from The Jam / The Style Council to his solo career and keeping the bomber jacket wearing crowd happy, I might add some of the bomber jackets wear looking a little stretched LOL.
Paul treated the crowd to a whopping 29 song set-list, now thats how to close a series of outdoor shows in style!
Opening the evening was Donegal singer songwriter George Houston and band, for some reason before George had spoken a word someone in the crowd took it upon themselves to start heckling (theres always one, guess its time to realise they’re not 18 anymore and cant handle their drink)
Anyway having never heard George before I was greatly surprised once the band started up, this band are good! checked them out.
