Orange Goblin’s – new single ‘Ascend The Negative’ is out now

The new single from UK metal stalwarts Orange Goblin is out today. The riff-laden, rampaging track, titled ‘Ascend The Negative’, is accompanied by a new video by Marek Pugh (Live Evil). ‘Ascend The Negative’ is the fourth single to be taken from the band’s new album Science, Not Fiction, set for release on 19th July on Peaceville.  Speaking about the new track, frontman and lyricist Ben Ward said, “We are delighted to present the 4th single from our new album, ‘Ascend The Negative’. A riff heavy exploration of the power of positive thought and changes. It’s a song about breaking old habits, breaking cycles and embracing change, forging new routines, new outlooks and new ambitions. As human beings we all have a relatively short existence on this tiny blue dot in the universe so we all need to make every day count. Conquer your demons, strive to be better and enjoy the ride!”
