NYSSA fans were treated to an amazing solo performance from the Toronto pagan-punk-poet as she held the stage alone with such passion and emotion in every song. Even in the middle of her set she took the time to mention Shane MacGowan’s passing and played a version of ”A Pair of Brown Eyes” a song that NYSSA said was one of the first songs she learnt when she had her first band with friends. The set was a mix of NYSSA playing acoustic guitar and without, then using backing tracks, when without was when she really dominated the stage and let all her passion shine through. Now all we need is for NYSSA to come back and play a full band show and the NYSSA experience will be completed in Dublin.
