Well the Martians were on the attack again! This time at Dublin’s 3Arena as Jeff Wayne’s latest tour took to the stage for a sold out show, the tour this time is going by the name The Spirit of Man 2025.
As expected and as it always is it was a show of spectacular proportion with its massive screen / band / orchestra and Pyros, ooh and we had better not forget the huge Martian war machine that descends from the ceiling during the show to stand dominant over the stage shooting out flames that the heat from could be felt well back in the arena.
The show also consists of a star studded line up of guests playing the stories characters, Rou Reynolds (Enter Shikari), Charles Simpson (Busted), Max George (The Wanted) & a hologram appearance from Liam Neeson to mention a few, so the chances of anyone leaving disappointed were very slim.
And of course the whole proceedings were over seen and conducted by Jeff Wayne himself.
