Irish pop singer songwriter Lauren Wallace – releases her brand new single ‘Gap Teeth’

17 year old Lauren Wallace is an emerging Irish singer-songwriter from Dublin whose emotionally rich songwriting and contemporary pop-leaning sound has quickly earned her national radio, press and DSP support.

Blending intimate lyricism with melodic clarity, Lauren’s music draws comparisons to artists such as Gracie Abrams and Olivia Rodrigo, while remaining grounded in a distinctly Irish storytelling tradition.

“Gap teeth was such an undeniably fun song to write. I wrote it for my cousin (who’s basically like a sister to me at this point) and so whenever I play it, I’m taken right back to what it felt like to grow up together. She’s kinda the best song inspo out there, so I hope you love gap teeth as much as we do, and that you’ll be able to hear what a special person she is xx” – Lauren Wallace

Lauren has also attracted consistent blog and press support from Irish music publications, with praise focusing on her song writing maturity, vocal delivery and emotional honesty.

An accomplished live performer, Lauren has played venues and to audiences across Ireland and the UK, including The Ruby Sessions (Dublin), Workman’s Club (Dublin), The Half Moon (London), Ceolchoirm an Pharoiste (Kerry) and The Moate Theatre, supporting artists such as Tyler Lyle, The Fynches and The Druids.

On February 12th she headlines Upstairs at Whelan’s (Sold Out), marking a major milestone in her live career.
