Erin LeCount – has released her highly anticipated new EP ‘PAREIDOLIA’ + the  single ‘ALICE’

The UK’s next global superstar Erin LeCount releases her highly anticipated new EP, PAREIDOLIA, out now via Atlantic Records. PAREIDOLIA takes its name from “the tendency to perceive meaningful connections between unrelated things or ideas” e.g. seeing shapes in clouds, or a face in the moon”. Also out today is the music video for the single ‘ALICE’, which is available to watch below.

Also earlier this month was Erin’s UK ‘PAREIDOLIA’ Tour which will take place in May 2026. Full tour details can be found below.

With the release of PAREIDOLIA, Erin LeCount demonstrates why she is one of the most acclaimed and exciting new artists to emerge in recent years, with an artistic vision that is unfalteringly and unmistakably her. The entire EP was written, recorded, and produced by Erin herself. To date, Erin has released five singles from the EP, ‘ALICE’‘DON’T YOU SEE ME TRYING’‘I BELIEVE’‘MACHINE GHOST’, and ‘808 HYMN’. Throughout the six track EP, Erin traverses between art-pop and baroque-pop, with a sound that is unmistakably her own. It is an EP that signifies the lofty trajectory Erin LeCount has in store after what is already an impressive career.

Speaking about her new EP, PAREIDOLIA, Erin LeCount said:

“PAREIDOLIA is a self-written and produced EP that tells the story of a downward spiral. The tale of falling down a rabbit hole, a willing return to self destruction. The true definition of “pareidolia” is “the tendency to perceive meaningful connections between unrelated things or ideas” eg. seeing shapes in clouds, or a face in the moon. It is a distorted, warped perspective of reality and of self, it’s the brain’s way of seeking familiar patterns that make us feel safe. I have lived vicariously through these songs the last year, crafting them in their intensity and heart and impulse, writing through that distorted lens and playing the unreliable, occasionally paranoid narrator over heavy synth basses, relentless live strings and synthetic shimmery harps.”

Speaking about her new UK ‘PAREIDOLIA Tour’, Erin LeCount said:

“The PAREIDOLIA SHOWS are a collection of four exclusive, special performances across the UK to celebrate the release of my newest EP. You are invited for four special nights down the rabbit hole, into the dreamiest downward spiral.”

In May 2026, Erin LeCount will embark on her biggest run of shows to date with her new UK tour, entitled the ‘PAREIDOLIA Tour’, which will see her play dates in ManchesterGlasgowBristol, and London, the latter of which will take place at the Roundhouse in what is Erin’s largest headline show so far. Tickets are available to purchase now from the link HERE. This month, Erin was also announced on the line-up for Lorde’s All Points East date on Saturday 22nd August.
