Ella Mai – announces headline show for Vicar Street Dublin

Ella Mai is a multi-platinum, GRAMMY-winning singer/songwriter whose timeless R&B sound and emotional honesty have made her one of the genre’s defining voices. She first broke through in 2018 with her chart-dominating single “Boo’d Up,” which held the No. 1 spot for the most weeks of any song by a woman on the R&B/Hip-Hop Billboard Airplay chart and is now 8x Platinum. Its follow-up, “Trip,” reached No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is certified 6x Platinum, while her self-titled debut album has amassed nearly 6 billion streams and is 2x Platinum.

Her rapid rise has been marked by major accolades, including a GRAMMY Award for Best R&B Song, along with multiple Billboard Music Awards, iHeartRadio Awards, Soul Train Awards, an NAACP Image Award, and a BET Viewers’ Choice Award. After years of global touring and the release of fan favorites like “Not Another Love Song” and “DFMU,” Ella delivered her sophomore album Heart On My Sleeve to critical acclaim, further solidifying her place in modern R&B.

In recent years, Ella has continued to evolve both creatively and personally. She surprised fans in Fall 2024 with her EP 3, which featured the standout track “Little Things.” She followed with “Tell Her,” a confident, emotionally layered release that nodded to classic R&B influences while pushing her sound forward.

Entering 2026, Ella is ushering in a new chapter with her third studio album Do You Still Love Me?, executive produced by Mustard. The era is led by her soulful new single “100,” produced by Mustard and Keanu Beats, which captures the vulnerability, devotion, and emotional clarity at the heart of the project. Ella first teased the record during a run of intimate fan shows, including her Los Angeles stop on the Did You Miss Me? Anniversary Tour, reconnecting with day-one supporters in the same type of close venues that defined the early days of her career.

Alongside new music, Ella celebrated the ninth anniversary of her 2016 breakout EP CHANGE with the release of the TIME. CHANGE. READY. Anniversary Vinyl, bridging the themes of her early work with the growth she’s stepping into today.

Beyond music, Ella has expanded her influence through high-profile partnerships, including collaborations with Pandora and her role as a Global Brand Ambassador for Lacoste, which debuted her fashion-sport silhouette on the cover of Wonderland’s Summer 2022 issue. She has also proven her power as a live performer, headlining and selling out tours worldwide, including her Heart On My Sleeve Tour, which moved over 80,000 tickets.

With Do You Still Love Me?, Ella Mai continues to lean into the chemistry that has defined her strongest work, offering a new era rooted in growth, grace, and emotional honesty, while staying true to the timeless R&B sound that made her a global star.
