Legendary Irish Folk music band Dervish, bring their acclaimed show ‘The Great Irish Songbook’ to The National Concert Hall, Dublin on Thursday, 30th January ‘25. Tickets will go on sale Friday, 8th November 2024 at 10am.
The event features a stunning line up of well-known artists performing iconic Irish folk songs with Dervish from their critically acclaimed album of the same name released in 2019.
The band will also preview new materials from their forthcoming follow up album, The Great Irish Songbook Chapter 2 poets and storytellers, which has a contemporary edge.
The album features newly composed songs from Irish songwriters which is due to be released in early 2025. Special guests of Dervish for the evening will be The Indigo girls, Moya Brennan from Clannard and more to be announced.
‘Passage West’ the new single from Dervish featuring ‘The Indigo Girls’ will be released on Friday, 10th January 2025.
