The UK’s new pop icon Chloe Qisha releases her highly anticipated sophomore EP, Modern Romance. The EP comes alongside the release of the project’s focus single, ‘The Boys’.
Artists like Chloe Qisha don’t come around often, and on her sophomore EP she yet again proves why she has been named by many as the UK’s next global pop superstar. On Modern Romance, which Chloe wrote and recorded alongside her close collaborator Rob Milton, Chloe traverses between pop hits exuding in vibrant, upbeat melodies. The 5-track project is a testimony to the artistic proficiency Chloe possesses, as well as her versatility as songwriter she is set to become one of the biggest names in pop music for years to come.
Speaking about Modern Romance Chloe said:
“The Modern Romance EP is the project of my dreams. I am so proud of this body of work and so excited to play it to people when we tour in October. I love each and every song so much it’s insane – you know you’ve done something pretty cool when you suddenly realise that all you can listen to right now is… well… you. She’s the sister act to my first EP, the more rambunctious, and daring younger sibling who’s ready to make her mark. She’s about love in the modern age, in all of her passionate and messy forms. We’ve only just scraped the surface, and I can’t wait for the world to see what we have in store.”
Chloe’s sophomore EP, Modern Romance, includes the three hugely successful singles ‘21st Century Cool Girl’, ‘Sex, Drugs & Existential Dread’, and ‘Modern Romance’ – which have all become critically and commercially acclaimed.
