Bohemian FC x Oasis – announce release of the clubs 2025 FAI Cup Jersey/ Watch video with Paul Weller

Bohemian Football Club (Bohemian FC), in partnership with Oasis, today announced the release of the (Irish) club’s 2025
FAI Cup jersey.

100% fan-owned not-for-profit, Ireland’s oldest football club, Bohemian FC, unveil a very special FAI Cup shirt paying homage to the one of the greatest bands of all time, and two of Ireland’s most famous sons. Featuring the iconic Oasis logo in the traditional blue tones of Dublin City, with a 90s styling and sublimated chevron patterns, as well as a white and blue collar and sleeve trims, it is manufactured by O’Neill’s Sportswear Ireland and designed in-house by Bohemian FC in collaboration with Oasis – the exclusive shirt is available for order now at www.oasis-bohemianfc.com

All profits from the shirt will be split between Bohemian FC and two charities. Fifty percent (50%) of the profits from the shirt will be used by Bohemian Football Club to help build on the club’s pioneering work across its football and community activities. The other fifty percent (50%) will be split 25% to Music Generation Ireland, to allow disadvantaged kids across Ireland access music and 25% to Irish Community Care Manchester (ICCM), for their amazing work with the Irish community in the city. No proceeds will go to Oasis for their partnership and support of this project.

The proceeds to Music Generation Ireland will ensure thousands of young children across Ireland who otherwise could not afford to access music lessons and equipment can do so, particularly for those who are disadvantaged or socially isolated. It will support the development of music programmes, instrument libraries, and increased opportunities for young people to engage in music they enjoy.

Proceeds to Irish Community Care Manchester (ICCM) will provide huge support to the Irish and Irish Traveller communities across Greater Manchester including older people, families, the homeless, and some of the most vulnerable Irish across Greater Manchester. Today it is estimated that 33% of the population of Manchester is Irish or of Irish descent; and as Irish President Michael D. Higgins said “Where Liverpool was a gateway for so many Irish people, Manchester tended to be for many the end of the journey, a home”.

Bohemian FC, and its home Dalymount Park, are iconic institutions in Ireland. The stadium has hosted thousands of games and some of the greatest players to ever play such as Best, Pelé and Zidane, but is as well known in music for its iconic gigs throughout the 70s and 80s, 90s when some of the biggest names in music graced its turf. Whilst Oasis never played Dalymount the Gallaghers remain two of the most iconic Irish musicians ever. Their two Dublin shows in August will take
place at Croke Park less than a mile from Dalyer.

Cross Guns Snooker Club, a stone’s throw from Dalymount features in the promotional video accompanying the launch. The club is Ireland’s oldest snooker hall and family owned since 1958. It features the Modfather Paul Weller as the snooker hall worker, and Bohemian FC player Jordan Flores and ex-player Paddy Kirk with ‘Married with
Children’ as the soundtrack.
