Singer-songwriter Benjamin Steer returns with his latest single, Everything Is Right Where It Needs To Be, combining a vulnerability within his songwriting with euphoric pop production.
Everything Is Right Where It Needs To Be is about the feeling of a relationship providing you solace while everything else in your life may not make sense. When work, your purpose and your very being is up for question – a loving relationship guides you, yet it explores the risk of putting that much hope into one human being.
Ben began teasing the song last week and it had an undeniable response from fans, with over 2 million views and thousands of comments requesting its release.
With his third headline tour across the UK and Europe fast approaching, Benjamin Steer is entering a new phase of his career. With growing attention around his music, collaborations with filmmakers such as Patrick Linehan, some of the US’s leading songwriters and an audience continues to expand, the release arrives at a pivotal moment for the young artist.
That momentum is already translating into significant audience growth. Benjamin has now surpassed 100 million streams, with almost 2 million monthly listeners on Spotify, while his international fanbase continues to grow. His upcoming UK and European headline run will see him performing to more than 6,000 fans, culminating in his biggest headline show to date at London’s iconic KOKO.
The campaign will extend beyond the music and social media strategy itself, with Benjamin travelling to DC and LA to document the talent, creativity and artistry behind his songwriting. These experiences will become part of a curated, art-led strand of the campaign, giving audiences a more intimate look into the creative world behind the releases.
With his live shows reaching larger, his music generating hundreds of millions of streams, and fans actively creating and sharing content around his releases, Benjamin Steer is building an increasingly expansive world around his songwriting. Everything Is Right Where It Needs To Be represents the latest step in that evolution, building a world that encapsulates the world of a fantastically talented young man.
