Acclaimed alt-rock band Against the Current – shares “Dead Man Walking,”

Acclaimed alt-rock band Against the Current shares “Dead Man Walking,” the explosive second single from their upcoming album. In celebration of their 15th anniversary, the band is gearing up for their biggest year yet, with new music and a global tour on the way. “Dead Man Walking” continues to propel the band forward into their most ambitious era yet, with ferocious, emotionally-charged vocals from frontwoman Chrissy Costanza and some of Against the Current’s most reflective songwriting to-date.

““Dead Man Walking” is about how the cost of survival was the person you used to be. It explores the return home from war only to find that, although everything looks the same, you yourself are so deeply different that you no longer fit. There’s a stranger staring back at you in the mirror, the ghost of someone you once were. Everyone thinks you’re fine because you made it out alive, but they don’t realise you never really did,” shares the band.

They have also announced a seventeen-date tour of the UK and Europe this Autumn.  The shows will see them perform five dates across the UK, ending at London’s iconic O2 Shepherds Bush Empire, before they make their way to Europe.
