Indie-folk duo Lemoncello recently released their self-titled album and embarked on a sixteen date Irish/UK in support of said album. Once such date was a stop off at Cleere’s Bar & Theatre in Kilkenny where they played to a sold-out crowd and supporting them was award-winning multi-instrumentalist and composer with a focus on traditional Irish harp Alannah Thornburgh who has also played on a number of Lemoncello songs, so it was only obvious that she would join the two girls on stage to do a few tracks with them and that she did early on in the set.
But before that Alannah played a mix of her own renditions and some old tunes on the harp and then the girls took the stage playing some old and new songs from their EP and album which was all very well received by those in attendance.
