Action/Adventure – has teamed up with Dan Lambton (rationale., ex-Real Friends) on their new single “Something Isn’t Right Here”

Pop-punk powerhouse Action/Adventure has teamed up with Dan Lambton (rationale., ex-Real Friends) on their new single “Something Isn’t Right Here”. The second track to be released from their forthcoming album, Ever After, “Something Isn’t Right Here” sets a furious pace as the band blends driving percussion and punishing breakdowns.

Drummer Adrian Brown shares: “What draws me to this song is the new feel of the lead. We don’t typically do a more electronic sound but I think it adds something really special and unique to the record. We were also able to get a really huge sounding chorus here that just can’t stop listening to. Overall this song just keeps the energy up and every part of it gets me excited.

Adds vocalist/guitarist Brompton Jackson: “‘Something Isn’t Right Here’ is a song that I’m really excited about. It has a lot of elements from different styles that we all love and listen to that we’ve never actively worked to put into an Action/Adventure song.  We said “what can we do here that we’ve not really done before or almost shyed away from?” So you’ve got things like  our typical heavy pop punk things but you also get like electronic parts and post hardcore elements that we don’t typically lean as hard into. It’s also special because we have Dan on the track with us. This is something we’ve talked about with him for some time and it’s really awesome that it finally happened.
