Halsey – released her new track “Lonely is the Muse” Reminiscent of her work with Trent Reznor

GRAMMY® nominated, genre-blending artist Halsey released her new track, “Lonely is the Muse”. Reminiscent of her work with Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, as well as Bring Me The Horizon, Halsey continues to prove she isn’t beholden to any genre with this new release.

Halsey previewed the new song to fans at her headlining sets for Budapest’s Sziget Festival and Helsinki’s Flow Festival. She then premiered it last night at her secret underplay at Koko in London, where she hasn’t played since 2015 in support of her first album, Badlands. The new track arrives as the third release from her upcoming fifth studio album, following the releases of “Lucky” and “The End”. With “Lucky”, Halsey became one of only a few artists ever to chart on the Billboard Hot 100 consistently for 10 Years in a row

Halsey has amassed more than 50 billion global streams, over 75 million RIAA-Certified adjusted singles, with all 4 of her previous albums RIAA-Certified. She is one of the only artists ever to have four different songs hit 1 Billion streams on Spotify, as well as have 2 RIAA-Certified-Diamond records.
