Could there be a better double headlining happening, ok well maybe as I suppose its subjective and everyone will have their own, but many will say that this is one of them.
The Manic Street Preachers and Suede are on the road together playing double headlining shows and they stopped off at Dublin’s Trinity College to play a night of the Summer Series shows.
On the tour the bands have been alternating who opens and who closes, the rotation in Trinity was The Manics opened and Suede closed.
Judging by the t-shirts in the crowd it would have been very! hard to say if either band had the upper hand on crowd numbers as it looked very equal to me. If I was to stick my neck out and make a guess I would say maybe The Manics pipped it ever so slightly ( swoosh there goes my head, should never stick your neck out lol).
Either way neither band could be faulted for delivering two fantastic sets on the night and who cares who had the most fans there.
All fans went home happy!
