Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania atmospheric metalcore quintet 156/Silence have released their latest offering, “Swept From Under (Call of the Void)” and the official music video. The track is taken from the band’s upcoming new full-length, ‘From A Distance’, out on 4th September 2026 via Pure Noise Records. Elaborating on the inspiration behind the track, the band shared:
“The call of the void is the voice in our heads that wants to self-destruct even when we don’t feel bad. A compulsion to hurt ourselves even if we don’t want to. Being swept from under by intrusive thoughts.”
