Yungblud – announces world tour, with Bludfest being his only UK date.

The globally recognised artist and industry disruptor, Yungblud, announced a world tour today. Following recent news of his forthcoming album, ‘Idols’, the 27 year old from Doncaster revealed he will set out on a mammoth series of concerts in European and North America, starting in Los Angeles on the 23rd August.

Tickets for the European dates will go on sale 16th May at 10am CEST, with US tickets on sale 16th May at 9am local time.

Yungblud will visit cities including San DiegoWashingtonNew York, and Toronto. The tour, running throughout September and October, will also stop in European cities such as AmsterdamParis, and Berlin. On the North American leg, Arkansas singer-songwriter Sawyer Hill will provide support, while Las Vegas band Palaye Royale will join for the European shows excluding Zurich and Vienna.

Fans in Europe can pre-order Idols from Yungblud’s official merch store (SEE HERE) before Monday, 12th May (10am CEST) to receive an Album Presale code for tickets. The Album Presale window for the tour officially opens on Wednesday, 14th May at 10am CESTPromoter Presale opens on 15th May at 10am.

In the US, fans can sign up to a mailing list by 9am local time on 12th May to receive their Artist Presale code. Artist Presale in the US will take place on 13th May, 9am local time.


The announcement also highlighted Bludfest – which returns for its second year on 21st June at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes – as the artist’s only UK date of the year. This year’s festival will see performances by Australian R&B sensation Chase Atlantic, two time Brit nominee Rachel Chinouriri and Florida rapper Denzel Curry.  

Yesterday, Yungblud announced the first part of his forthcoming double album, ‘Idols’. The 12-track offering will be made available across a number of formats including four varieties of limited edition vinyl. The making of ‘Idols’ saw the artist decamp to a studio in Leeds, a few miles from where he grew up, to avoid external influence and distraction. Yungblud said “I wanted to make a project that didn’t focus on singles or anything else except feeling and world-building… A project with no limitations.”
