Sweden‘s metal maestros Wormwood have unveiled a powerful lyric video for “Thousand Doorless Rooms”, the fifth track from their critically acclaimed album ’The Star‘. The song offers a chaotic and emotionally charged journey between two fractured states of mind, unfolding against the backdrop of a universe on the brink of annihilation.
With their distinct blend of atmosphere, aggression, and storytelling, Wormwood have firmly established themselves as one of the leading forces in the Swedish metal scene. Their ambitious trilogy, “Nattarvet”, “Arkivet”, and “The Star”, has not only earned them widespread critical praise but also propelled them to the top of national charts and secured multiple nominations for prestigious industry awards.
’THE STAR‘ is the last gasp of a universe we didn’t deserve,” says Nine. “With this album, we invite our fans to join us on a cosmic odyssey, exploring the depths of despair and the peace that follows. It’s the conclusion of a trilogy, a story we’ve been eager to share.”
’THE STAR‘ was released on May 31, 2024
