Tinie Tempah – announced to play The Academy Dublin

Tinie Tempah is a genre-defying icon who has been a key player in reshaping the sound and ambition of British rap. From chart-topping hits to high-fashion collaborations, he blends lyrical dexterity with global vision, effortlessly balancing underground credibility with mainstream appeal. Where others saw ceilings, Tinie built new floors, fusing grime, hip-hop, and electronic music to create anthems that dominated airwaves and defined a generation. With seven UK number one singles and multiple BRIT, MOBO and BET Awards to his name, his success speaks as loudly as his sound.

A pioneer of the UK rap explosion, Tinie broke barriers as one of the first British rappers to achieve true pop crossover without compromising his South London roots. His music mirrors his own journey: aspirational, stylish, and relentlessly driven. It’s a soundtrack for the ambitious, the audacious, and the unapologetically bold. As an artist, entrepreneur and cultural tastemaker, Tinie T empah has expanded the blueprint for what a British rapper can be. Whether he’s headlining festivals or designing luxury interiors, he isn’t just setting trends, he’s rewriting the rulebook.

Now, after time away from music to focus on fatherhood and personal growth, Tinie is returning with purpose. Inspired by the changing world around him and the worrying decline of social spaces, youth interaction, and physical movement, he’s launched Last Night Out: a movement, in partnership with the Night Time Industries Association and music-led campaign designed to get people dancing again, offline and together. More than an album, it’s a cultural reset. Tinie is using his platform to reignite nightlife, challenge screen addiction, and create joy through community and sound. It’s music as mission, rooted in rhythm and driven by real-world change.
