Following the highly anticipated release of their seventh studio album, Lost Cause Lover Fool, acclaimed folk duo The Milk Carton Kids have announced a return to Dublin for a headline performance at the 3Olympia Theatre on 19th January 2027.

Known for their “precision over volume” philosophy, Kenneth Pattengale and Joey Ryan have spent fifteen years perfecting a sound defined by two voices and two guitars. Since their 2011 debut Prologue, the Los Angeles-based duo has earned four Grammy nominations and founded the Los Angeles Folk Festival, becoming pillars of the Americana and Folk communities.

Their latest record, Lost Cause Lover Fool, magnifies the quiet, intimate moments of life into expansive emotional landscapes. Dublin audiences can expect an evening of the duo’s signature minimalist arrangements, effortless harmonies, and the dry wit that has made them favorites at venues ranging from Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium to international festival stages.
