Tallulah Argue, the 23 year old London based, Toronto born, alt-pop artist today shares her new single Narcissist. She also today announces a London headline show on Feb 26th at The George Tavern, as part of the Our Dear Friends collective. This will be Argue’s first London headliner of 2026 following previous sold-out shows at The Lexington and other iconic venues.
The accompanying video to Narcissist is a playful yet subtlety opaque visual – an intriguing glimpse into Argue’s Country Sleaze aesthetic. The video was shot on Super 8 film during Argue’s recent Canadian headline tour.
On the new single, Tallulah Argue says “Narcissist’ is inspired by the realisation that I was the bad girlfriend. So much romantic storytelling leans on identifying as a victim, so this is more of a satirical, honest look at being selfish – caring for someone, but not enough to treat them better, and being completely self consumed…because what good’s cake if you can’t eat it?“
Blending twang, camp and indie rock into her own genre, Country Sleaze: her tongue in cheek lyrics explore the mud and glitz of sex, love, heartbreak and every situationship.
