The Grand Social welcomed the return of Northern Irish rock musician Ricky Warwick to Dublin, bringing with him his rock ’n’ roll spirit and his band. Best known as the frontman of The Almighty, Black Star Riders and Thin Lizzy, Warwick has built a career around a distinctive blend of hard rock, punk attitude and Americana influences.
From the moment he took to the stage, his commanding presence and unmistakable voice made it impossible not to get caught up in the atmosphere. His connection with the audience felt natural and genuine, engaging the crowd with humour and warmth that has defined his music for decades. Opening the evening.
Molly Vulpyne Band set the tone with an energetic performance of their own, warming up the crowd and creating the perfect introduction to what was to follow. Together, both performances made for a memorable night of live rock music in the heart of Dublin.
