Rainbow Kitten Surprise – have shared the new song ”Never Have I Ever”

Never Have I Ever
heard a Rainbow Kitten Surprise song without instantly falling in love, and the genre-bending group’s latest offering keeps this streak going. Recorded during the same sessions as their latest album, bones, the track expands upon the LP’s atmospheric sound and candid lyrics that beg to be shouted back by a sold-out crowd.

Driven by a pulsating beat, Never Have I Ever gradually builds toward the kinetic energy of the chorus, brought to life by a stunning vocal performance from frontwoman Ela Melo. Of the track, Ela shares, “We just wanted to do something fun!

The new track marks the band’s second release of 2026, following Sixteen. Both songs build off the sonic universe of last year’s bones, which earned critical praise from Billboard, Paste, Brooklyn Vegan, and more. Save here

Rainbow Kitten Surprise are currently on the road for The bones World Tour, and kick off the UK & Ireland leg a week today in Leeds at the O2 Academy! They will also play venues in cities including Nottingham, Glasgow, Dublin, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester and then will wrap things up in London at Brixton Academy on 9th June. They’ll be joined with Cigarettes @ Sunset on this run, and then closing the tour with shows including The Greek Theater in Los Angeles and Pittsburgh’s Stage AE featuring support from Spacey Jane. Their North American run also includes festival stops at Bonnaroo, All Things Go, and Zootown. Tickets and info can be found here.

Once again, Rainbow Kitten Surprise have partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 per ticket from this tour goes to the Rainbow Kitten Surprise Fund, dedicated to building a more just and compassionate world by uplifting marginalised communities, expanding access to vital resources, and delivering critical support in times of need.
