Pissed Jean are on their fifth album ‘Why Love Now’ and have been making a sludge, punk, noise for thirteen years now and their live set in Whelans of Dublin was no exception. Dam was it loud in the packed sweaty venue, just how a good punk show should be! high octane / high energy / high sweat content and dont forget the mosh pit which the center of the floor was taken over by as the night went on.
Opening the proceedings were alternative rock act from Dublin treating those who got in early to sounds reminiscent of The Fall to name one band.
