Continuing to fire on all cylinders, MOTHER VULTURE have unveiled their latest single ‘Pheonix‘, with their most anthemic chorus to date that bellows “This is everything to me”. This track embodies every ounce of passion that has gone into this bands journey so far. Whilst it features a slight return to the bands roots of classic rock, it keeps in theme with a more modernised sound that has created a fusion of fast tight drum breaks, epic choruses and a rippin’ guitar solo to boot.
“This latest tune holds a really special place in all of our hearts,” says guitarist Brodie. “’Phoenix’ is really special to all of us, I think the lyrics kind of speak for themselves on this one. We’ve worked really hard to get where we are, and this tune feels like a cathartic release.”
To accompany such a massive track, comes something unexpected, a team up with Gretsch guitars. Coinciding with the release of the latest single, is the launch campaign for Gretsch’s new line of Jet series guitars, an ad which features the band, doubling as the video content for this release.
On the team up with Gretsch he says:
“As a guitarist, and a fanatic enthusiast of Gretsch, I was a little excited to say the least when they asked us to feature in the launch campaign for their new line of Jets. Featuring not just our track, but us just going nuts on camera, doing what we do, well that was just really fucking cool and we can’t thank them enough.”
Whilst the team up with Gretsch is a nice surprise, the band remain DIY to the core, self-releasing this track as they plan to with upcoming album “Cartoon Violence” on 15th January 2026.
