Inspired by authors like Toni Morrison and themes of Southern heritage, Dixon’s work fuses hip-hop, jazz, and soul, creating immersive sonic landscapes. His forthcoming album, Magic, Alive! (out June 6th via City Slang), delves into loss, memory, and the search for meaning, further solidifying his reputation as one of hip-hop’s most visionary voices.
