Irish composer and songwriter Lõwli (the solo project of Roisin Lowry) – all set to release the single ‘Undone’ ahead of upcoming album release

Irish composer and songwriter Lōwli prepares to release her hauntingly beautiful new single ‘Undone’ on 19th February 2025 via Veta Records.

By combining rich, neo-classical influences with delicate, dark- pop soundscapes, Lōwli creates something undeniably otherworldly as a result. Elegant piano tones are met with cinematic strings and Lōwli’s hypnotic vocal in order to create an ethereal sound akin to the likes of Agnes Obel and Olafur Arnalds. Talking about the single, Lōwliel aborates

“‘Undone’ explores those moments in life when things seem to be moving backwards and progress begins to unravel. The tone is dark and reflective, with ethereal and hopeful moments. This balance symbolises that the feeling is temporary, that things will always change”.

Lōwli is the solo project of Roisin Lowry. Lōwli has previously received praise from the likes of The Irish Times, Hot Press, The Last Mixed Tape and has also been selected for several Spotify editorial playlists. She has performed on stages at Other Voices, Ireland Music Week and The Galway Arts Festival, to name a few. In 2023, she also performed a sold-out headline show in Dublin’s renowned Smock Alley Theatre. Her music has been played on RTÉ Radio 1, RTÉ 2FM,BBC Radio and more, as well as being featured on the RTÉ Radio 1Recommends List. Lōwli has recently written and recorded her debut album,which due for release later this year.
