Indie-Rock newcomers Leonian Dream – release summer rock single ‘Greenhouse’

Following on from the success of their debut single ‘Gloomy Room’ which made a notable impression on tastemaker radio such as John Kennedy (Radio X), BBC Introducing and Amazing RadioLeonian Dream are capitalising quickly on that momentum with their infectious new summer rock single ‘Greenhouse’.

‘Greenhouse’ will be their second single from upcoming debut EP “Gloomy Room” which will be released later this year.

‘Greenhouse’battles feelings of anxiety and escapism against the freedoms of optimism within an ever changing world. Sometimes convincing yourself that the grass is always greener…’
– Leonie Prater

An Indie-Rock band from the South West of England, ‘Leonian Dream’ are comprised of Swiss Singer-Songwriter Leonie Prater and Black Country born guitarist Thomas Rogers. Having gigged in and around the Devon & Dorset area for the past three years honing their sound and craft, the band released their debut single and future EP title track ‘Gloomy Room’ in April; a confident blend of the best 90’s Alt-Rock with a nod to current Indie-Rock legends such as Wolf Alice and Wet Leg.

Between them, Leonian Dream take influence from 90s Grunge, European Folk and Australian Indie Pop/Rock to form a new dynamic sound. With the help of other talented musicians around them, they have most notably made appearances at Exeter’s Respect Festival and Lyme Regis’ Oktoberfest.

Leonian Dream head out across the southwest this summer with the addition of new band members Bran Pick on Bass and Cameron Macdougall (Slinky Machine/King Heron) on Drums.
