Hardcore punks ChumHuffer are set to release their highly anticipated third studio EP, Slaughterhouse Five, on their own DWY Records, in May 2025. Inspired by Kurt Vonnegut’s classic novel, the EP’s title track draws eerie parallels between the chaos of the book’s wartime setting and the unrest in today’s world.
“With everything happening around us, it feels like we’re unstuck in time—just like Vonnegut’s character Billy Pilgrim,” says the band. “This record explores the battle between past and future, reality and illusion, and what it means to hold onto your own sense of morality.”
