Hannah Wicklund, if you don’t know, is a professional musician true and true. Touring since the age of 16 and keeping a guitar in her hands since birth (probably).
I was blown away on Tuesday night in The Grand Social with an epic show of guitar skills and a beautiful voice! Hannah even uses a talk box during her performance which heightens the feel of the blues to another level. She really feels every bit of those notes and she gets the emotion across quite well.
With a tour underway across USA,UK & Ireland, the world is about to see a lot more of Wicklund.
Brilliant support from the band Hunny Buzz. This Bristol based nostalgic indie pop foursome have an excellent presence on stage and even better sound! They were enjoying every minute of their set. Bouncing around and even giving one member of the crowd an egg shaker to play along with. Lovely vibez off of these guys and a beautiful band hug at the end to celebrate a perfect set!
I will certainly be listening to their latest EP recently released “Welcome to our garden”.
