Chris Boldt – announces debut album ‘Borne Again’

At just 22 years old, singer-songwriter Chris Boldt will release his debut full-length album, Borne Again, on August 28th, featuring 13 engaging tracks. Chris delivers a striking debut shaped by resilience, reflection, and renewal, showcasing his musicality and well woven words. A deeply personal collection of songs written over the last few years, the album introduces a compelling new voice carrying a wisdom beyond his years.

“Borne Again is a collection of songs written during times of struggle, being away from home, and periods of grief. But they also capture moments of joy, peace, and growth. There’s a depth to this album that I hope people experience, and I’m proud of this body of work because these songs came from carrying some tough burdens that taught me a lot.”

The album’s title reflects its central theme: carrying life’s burdens while emerging transformed. Through thoughtful lyrics and heartfelt performances, Boldt explores what it means to endure, heal, and begin again. This debut while both deeply personal is universally relatable, speaking to anyone who has experienced loss, perseverance, or the hope that follows difficult seasons.

Some of the songs on the album were recorded with top session musicians, like Seth Taylor, in Nashville, others were forged in his hometown of Belfast and a few have a unique Belfast and Bozeman Montana collaboration.

Borne Again marks the launch of an exciting artist whose authentic voice and honest storytelling set him apart. More than a debut album, this is a testament to the power of vulnerability and the belief that beauty does emerge from ashes.

Borne Again will be available on all major streaming platforms beginning August 28.
