Aurora – has unveiled her biggest Irish show to date as part of the Trinity Summer Series Dublin

The enchanting Norwegian singer, songwriter, and producer AURORA has unveiled her biggest Irish show to date. Bursting onto the scene in 2015 with her captivating debut EP Running With The Wolves, which introduced the world to the mesmerising track “Runaway,” AURORA quickly captured hearts.  That same year, she graced the beloved John Lewis Christmas advert with her beautiful rendition of Oasis’ “Half The World Away.” Now, a decade filled with chart-topping hits and billions of streams later, AURORA is bringing her magical show to one of Dublin’s most iconic locations as part of the Trinity Summer Series in Trinity College, Dublin, on Sunday, 29th June 2025.

Aurora Aksnes, known simply as AURORA, is a Norwegian singer, songwriter, and producer who has captivated global audiences with her ethereal voice and unique blend of electronic pop and folk influences. Her music is characterized by emotional depth and lyrical complexity, exploring themes of nature, love, and the human experience. Renowned for her dynamic stage presence and captivating live performances, AURORA combines elements of dance and storytelling to create an immersive concert experience. She also advocates for environmental and social issues, using her platform to raise awareness about climate change, mental health, and equality.

In 2022, AURORA released her UK Top 10 chart-topping last album, ‘The Gods We Can Touch’, which saw her complete a sold-out UK headline tour, including Brixton Academy. With over a million album sales and 2.6 billion streams, followed this year by her inaugural ‘The Gods We Can Touch’ book selling 14,000 copies and the dance and music of her fastest ever streamed single ‘Cure For Me’ being integrated into Fortnite last month, AURORA is pulling in a bigger audience than ever before.

In a remarkable return in November 2023, AURORA released ‘Your Blood’ and ‘The Conflict of The Mind’, championed on BBC Radio 1 & BBC Radio 2 and garnered more than two millions views on YouTube. With a summer ahead that includes Glastonbury Festival, plus her EU & UK headline shows for September & October, this is only the start of what could be the most exciting era for AURORA.
